I'm very health conscious most of the time and this place accommodated my food requests perfectly. Some of the best service I have received in quite a while. Once the waitress realized I wanted my food on the healthy side, she made suggestions and provided me with one of the better egg white spinach omelets I have had. She even suggested tomato slices instead of hash browns and the tomatoes were farm fresh. Delicious and I highly recommend for a healthy breakfast.

First of all know that this restaurant goes as far as hand selecting all of their produce and meats. The menu is great as it allows you quite the variety. It is NOT all from a freezer as the other person stated. I eat there 3-4 times per week and know they do NOT have a freezer any bigger than mine at home. The cook at the grill takes pride in making each order. The gyro is the best in Oakland County and is very generous as well. Fries ALWAYS arrive piping hot and fresh with each meal. The waitstaff is well trained and attentive. They are very nice the owners that is and run a great operation. Greg Berger

This is our local goto diner. The food is usually good. I've ordered several different things and never had any major complaints. The ladies that work there are what really makes the place special though!! They are the reason we keep going back. They are attentive, very friendly, and have remembered us from the very beginning.

We've been here several times, and consistently it's been fine. It's not anything to rave about. However I had to submit a review because of our interesting experience today. The server had good timing to place the order and food was good. Albeit our food (salads) took longer for it to delivered than all other tables around us. They have a great salad selection, but be prepared to be unknowingly charged $1 extra for subbing romaine! (insert rolled eyes and annoying sigh) The server didn't check on us until she delivered the check, not that we needed anything else. But a check back would have been good, hence my review being only 2 stars and not 3 "OK" rating. The redeeming points: generally bright, clean, we're greeted immediately, huge menu selection, and they have an ice cream counter with fun names like "cowpuccino" and "udder butter".

5 of us went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We were able to get a seat immediately. Service was attentive and food was very good. Total bill for 5 with coffee was only 42$. I took a star off because it was warm in the restaurant. I will definitely return.

My children and I love to ride our bikes up to Lili's and have lunch. Today we headed up there and it was a bit busier than usual. We were welcomed as soon as we came in and told to sit wherever we would like. Our waitress came over right away and took our order. I ordered a bowl of chili to start and when it came I realized it was the chili you would put on top of a chili dog. I told the waitress that it wasn't what I was expecting so she took it back and brought me out a cup of their other chili. It was REALLY good. Lots of flavor and had me wanting more. My son ordered a cheeseburger and fries, my daughter ordered two scrambled eggs with bacon and toast and I ordered a chicken gyro. As usual, the food was really good and came out quickly. I ordered my gyro sauce on the side and was given more when I asked for it. I love onions but there were a bit too many on the gyro for me, so I picked them out. The chicken was seasoned nicely and had none of the gristly, fatty pieces in the meat like I've gotten from other restaurants. The only downside is that our ketchup bottle had fallen over at the table and had picked up some cobwebs in the window. When we grabbed it, the lid had cobwebs so we asked the waitress to bring us another and she did right away. The food is good, priced well and the service is friendly. We will be back.

Checked this little diner out on Sunday after driving by it for over a year. We were very happy with our choice to stop in! Granted we went on a morning after a big storm and most people in the area did not have power and those people were all there eating. The line waiting to eat was a bit intimidating and there is not really a waiting area, but we were pleasantly surprised that we only waited about 5 minutes because in true diner fashion, they pumped food out fast, people left and we were sat. We all had their breakfast I had the Irish Omelette and that was probably the best omelette I have ever had. Shaved corned beef, the mushrooms and onion were cooked to this crispy perfection, I never finish all my omelette but was left wanting more. Both my husband and son loved their food as well. Our server was great, she was busy to all hell, but managed to never let our drinks go empty, even put my phone in the back kitchen to charge it for me and made a point to let us know our food status because it took a bit longer than normal, but it was busy and we got it. Only reason it did not get 5 stars..the condiments on the table were not clean, the syrup that they have on there was so sticky to handle that it felt like a couple rounds of people sat there and man handled it, maybe a quick wipe after each turn of the table would of prevented us from having to get up and wash our hands so our forks wouldn't get stuck to them while we ate. This will definitely be our new breakfast spot.

I have only gone to Lili's for breakfast, so I can't really comment on any of the other meals. The food is fine as is the service. As with any restaurant, some servers are better than others, but for the most part I have had fast and friendly waitresses. They have some breakfast specials Monday - Friday, but their prices are higher than other diner type restaurants in the area, Also, I'm not a fan of the margarine they use on their toast. It is very plastic tasting to me. I ask for my toast dry, and then get butter on the side. All in all a decent restaurant. I say try the specials.

Pricey but the fries were good. Chicken wings worked out to $1.20 each for breaded frozen tiny restaurant pack food. (One of our party is gluten free so we asked the waitress she said most items on menu were pre made frozen restaurant pack). Chicken Caesar expensive for 4 thin 2" long strips, the lettuce was crispy. The gyro was stuffed with shredded lettuce under the meat so it looked full. The split pea and ham soup was watery. $60.00 for lunch for 4 plus tip, expected more homemade for the prices. Not going out of our way to go back.

Best diner in Oxford. I mostly get breakfast here so I couldn't really say much about lunch/dinner. Lili's makes the best omelets! The waitresses are awesome and obviously have experience. Yummy coffee, hash browns, and bacon. Take out service is great as well. Whatever the cooks are doing in the kitchen, just keep it up.
